Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Unze London account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the unused items back into their original branded box with all tags attached, ensuring you include a copy of the invoice or the RMA slip inside the package.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided return shipping label to the outside of the parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or dispatch your replacement within 7-10 business days.
